What does a platform membership include?
A platform membership gives users access to the Wohlers Associates market intelligence platform, including reports, interactive data, and analytical tools, depending on your plan. Access is provided for the duration of your active annual membership.
Is the Wohlers Report included in my paid membership?
Yes. The Wohlers Report is included with an active Professional or Enterprise membership. It is accessed directly on the platform.
Can I still purchase a physical copy of the Wohlers Report?
You can purchase the physical version of the Wohlers Report as a standalone product on our webstore.
Can I buy the Wohlers Report without a platform membership?
Access to the latest digital report is only available through platform membership.
How do I read the Wohlers Report?
The Wohlers Report is accessed online through our native reader within the platform. It is not available for PDF download. This approach protects intellectual property and enables a more dynamic reading experience, with deeper integration of interactive data modules over time.
Can I read the report offline (e.g. on my computer while traveling)?
No. The Wohlers Report is accessed online through the platform and requires an internet connection. Offline access is not supported at this time, as the report is read through our native viewer and is not available for download.
What happens to my access to the Wohlers Report if my membership ends?
You retain perpetual read-only access to the Wohlers Report you unlocked during your membership. Only access to platform features, tools, and data modules ends when the membership expires.
I purchased previous editions of the Wohlers Report. Where can I find them?
If you purchased previous editions of the Wohlers Report, they remain available in your existing account linked to the Wohlers webstore. We are currently migrating past report editions into the new platform. Once the migration is complete, all previously purchased reports will be accessible directly from your platform account. We will notify customers as soon as this transition is finalized.
What is the difference between the Wohlers Report and Market Explorer modules?
The Wohlers Report provides structured analysis, commentary, and market sizing from Wohlers Associates. Market Explorer modules are complementary tools that allow you to interact with the underlying data. They enable self-service filtering, segmentation, comparisons, and custom analysis based on your specific needs.
Are Market Explorer modules included in all plans?
No. Market Explorer access is included with Professional and Enterprise plans. Availability of specific modules depends on the selected plan.
Can I download charts from the platform?
Chart downloads are available only on the Enterprise plan. Bulk data extraction or scraping is not permitted on any plan.
How many users are included in each plan?
Free and Professional plans include access for one individual user. The Enterprise plan includes access for up to 10 individual users from the same email domain. Additional users or custom team access can be discussed upon request.
Can I share my login with colleagues?
No. Each login is tied to a named individual user. Sharing credentials is not permitted.
What are the usage rights?
All platform content is licensed for internal business use only. Redistribution, resale, public posting, or systematic extraction of content is not allowed.
Users may submit a request to use some portions of the report in their presentations or publications using our copyright request form.

How can I share feedback or report an issue?
You can provide feedback in two ways:
- By email, using the contact address provided on the platform.
- By using the built-in feedback tool, accessible via the feedback label on the right side of the screen.
Feedback is reviewed regularly and directly informs our roadmap.
What happens if I do not renew my membership?
When your membership ends, access to platform features and Market Explorer modules stops. You will retain read-only access to the Wohlers Report.
Is support included?
Yes. All paid plans include standard support.
